Peter Duke
Managing Director
Peter E. Duke served in Nigerian Navy for over 25 years and left the service as a Naval captain at the height of his career, he was the commanding officer NNS Beecroft, the Navy’s largest operational base. He held several key positions in the Navy where he started as ADC to chief of General staff where he moved to become the director of training - Navy college, chief instructor Navy in Nigeria Defense Academy. His leadership positions includes the command operation officer- Eastern Naval Command, Commanding officer – NNS Enyimini and Mogadishu Battalion (NDA).
After he left the Nigerian Navy, he held several appointments which includes Managing Director of Marven Nigeria Limited, Executive Director of Security Logistics Worldwide Limited, marine security consultant for Century Group, just to mention a few. He is a specialist in Marine Navigation as well as Crisis Management.
He holds a B.Sc in public policy and administration from the University of Calabar, Cross River, Nigeria.
Edem Olatunde Duke
Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics
Edem Duke is a data analyst with experience on Tableau, SQL, Google Cloud Services, Amplitude, Visualizations, Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis. Linguistics Skills: English – Native, French – Debutant. (A2). He has worked with several organizations like Central Bank of Nigeria, Daily motion in Paris-France and Green Panda Game also in France.
He holds B.Sc in Information Studies from University of Ghana, Accra and M.Sc in Business Intelligence and Analytics from ESC Clermont. Clermont Ferrand, France.
Obiajulu Yvonne Anadu
Director, Financial Services
Obiajulu Anadu has had 8years experience in the Banking & Finance and Energy sector. She began her career as business developer in Nigeria’s largest power company, Sahara Energy. As a certified Project Manager, her role included researching and evaluating various transactions (c. US$70m) across the Nigerian Power sector (post privatization), developing timelines for project development, financial closure, project execution and plant operations. She currently works at Standard Chartered Bank as a Business Planning Manager/Credit Analyst.
Obiajulu holds a BSc. (Hons) in Finance Accounts with Management from the University of Nottingham and a MSc. in Organisational Analysis from King’s College London.
She enjoys social activities such as photography and runs an NGO restructuring libraries in public schools in Lagos.

Uzoma Nwankwo
Chairman
Uzo holds a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, a Master of Engineering from Michigan State University and MBA from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Uzo , is an accomplished and outstanding financial executive, with over forty years of experience across several sectors of the economy. In January 2020 Uzo retired from Amni International Petroleum Development Company Limited in 2014 as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer after six (6) years meritorious service. During his stint at Amni, Uzo re-organized the Finance Department and raised over $1 billion for the company’s operations.
Uzo began his career in finance when he joined Citibank-Citicorp in New York in 1987 as a Management Trainee. He rose to become a Vice-President in the asset based finance division of the bank structuring and executing multi-million transactions in the airline, computer and FMCG industries. In 1994 he returned to Nigeria to join Citibank Nigeria as Executive Director, Corporate Banking and was later transferred to Citibank Africa Division in 1997 as Africa Head of Structured and Asset Based Finance in Johannesburg. After a brief stint as director of Structured Finance at Loita Capital in Johannesburg, Uzo returned to Nigeria in 2000 and joined First Bank of Nigeria Plc as Executive Director, Risk and Management Control.
In 2004, Uzo joined the Dangote Group as Group Executive Director, Corporate Finance and Strategy. There, he oversaw the unbundling of the Group into operating subsidiaries and managed the subsequent listing of the Sugar Refinery, Dangote Cement, Dangote Flour Mills and Dangote Salt Company on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He still serves as a non-executive director of Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc.
